Refunds & Complaints



For all learners 18 years or over and want to complete a Level 3 qualification, you will need to pay the full cost or to take out a PAYL8RLoan to cover your tuition fees.

You can apply for a PAYL8R Loan to help pay for your course tuition fee.

To be eligible, you must fulfil the following criteria:

  • Aged 18 or over at the start of the academic year in which you apply

  • A UK resident

You will start to repay your loan over 3, 6, 9 or 12

The loans can only be used to pay for tuition fees. More details can also be found at the following website:



International Students outside of the EEA do not qualify for concessionary or non-

concessionary fees and will be required to pay the full cost of tuition fees.

Evidence of your legality to study in the UK will be required.

AAXA is unable to provide any assistance with visa application processes and reserves the right to refuse enrolment on to the course.



Course related fees and booking deposits can only be refunded in full if a course is cancelled

by the college OR during the 14 day cool off period.

Deposits for tuition fees, kits or examinations cannot be refunded in the case of illness, personal problems, relocation, change of work, lack of visa or any other reason that may mean you have to cancel or leave your course.

However AAXA will be prepared to listen and consider refunds on a case by case basis.
